12.3   These Terms were drafted in the English and Arabic languages. In the event of any discrepancy between the two languages regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Arabic version shall accordingly prevail.

12.4   We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver any obligation as specified in these Terms if the same is wholly or partly caused by events of Force Majeure and/or caused, whether directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
